The advantage of P8 outdoor led screen module

2>  MBI5124 constant current driving IC, Refresh> 1920Hz,Super strong ability for anti-high and low temperature, Temperature-operating﹣40℃～60℃.

We did high-low temperature test for our P8 led module :

(1) The first Testing,Adjust the equipment to normal temperature,put into the led module,and run it work,Then gradually lower the temperature, we found our led module still can work  under-50°c,but we test regular type led module in the same way,but itworks off under -25°c.

(2) The second Testing,adjust the temperature of equipment to Under -40°c,put into the led module,then run it work,we found our led module can start work under -40°c. But we test regular type led module in the same way,but it cannot start-up.

 

 

3>  We use 1.2mm thickness customized PCB (printed circle board) with two 470 uF capacitance.

 

 

 

4>  We are trictly implement more than 48 hours led screen module aging tesing.

 

 

 

 

5>  After 48 aging testing,we will do vibration testing,then workers will light up the led module one by one again to ensure the quality before our shipping.

 

 

 

6>  Our standard mathching,two led modules match one 5V power line and two short (20-30cm) flat cables
