Installation Process
- Firstly connect 5pcs hang bar according to the orders, each one length is 1.152m
- Secondly, nail 10pcs expansion nails M8*7 into the ceiling on the same horizontal line by using a position indicator. The distance of two nails is based on the middle distance of two screw holes of each hanging bar
- The weight of each cabinet is 8.5kgs,total weight is 340kgs,Total weight of hanging bar is 60kgs,Then G= (340+60)*10＝4000Ｎ
- The pulling force for 10pcs M8*70 expansion nails is : N(pull)=540*10=5400N.{N pull=2 β (N/2+M/Z)/n Where: N pull: design value of bearing capacity of single bolt; N: Design value of tension (N); M: Design value of bending distance (N.mm); Z: Center distance between upper and lower rows of bolts (mm); n: Number of bolts in each row; β: Adjustment coefficient of bearing capacity, usually 1.32}。
- Hanging the hang bar on the hook of the expansion screws, and adjusting them to the same horizontal line
- Installing the top row cabinets one by one first, then install well all the cabinets from up and down
- There are locks between the cabinet and the hanging bar, between two cabinets, it is only necessary to align the hole of the cabinet and hanging bar, and lock them together.
- The last step, connecting all the power lines and signal cables according to the wire drawing and turning the power on, then the led display can work normally.
